What is the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card and where can it be used?  

The Treasure By The Sea Gift Card is a digitally delivered gift card that can be used at Treasure By The Sea and towards advanced bookings when you book online at treasurebytheseabonaire.com. This includes the room rate, extra guest fees, cleaning fees and taxes.  You must be a hotel guest of Treasure By The Sea to use your gift card. Use the 5 digit code on the gift card as the Promo Code.

Is the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card available in plastic, physical format?       

No. At this time the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card is not available in the plastic physical form. The gift card can only be in digital format.

 

Can the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card be printed?      

Yes. During the purchase selection, you can select the option to Print. Alternately, when the gift card is delivered by email, you can print it from the email. Be sure to claim the gift card and go all the way to where the gift card numbers are showing.

 

Does the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card expire?   

Yes. The Treasure By The Sea Gift Card does expire in 18 months.

 

How do you check the balance of an Treasure By The Sea Gift Card?      

The balance of an Treasure By The Sea Gift Card can be checked by going to https://www.treasurebytheseabonaire.com/gift-cards and clicking the "Check Your Gift Card Balance" link in the bottom right of the page.

No. Treasure By The Sea Gift Cards are not reloadable, however you can purchase additional Treasure By The Sea Gift Cards at treasurebytheseabonaire.com.

 

Can I use more than one gift card for advanced reservations or at the resort?    

Yes, you can use as many gift cards as you wish. 

 

Can Treasure By The Sea Gift Cards be purchased by groups in bulk?   

Yes, Treasure By The Sea Gift Cards can be purchased up to 10.

           

Can I send gift cards to multiple recipients?

Yes, you can. You will need to click the "Send as a Gift" button and complete the recipient information for each person you would like to send the gift cards to.

 

Can I send multiple gift cards of the same denomination to one person?

Yes, you can. Select the denomination you wish to send, the quantity and then select "Send as a Gift". The recipient will get one email for each gift card you purchase for them.

 

I would like to purchase gift cards for myself or have them sent to me and print or email to the recipient myself. Can I do that?      

Yes. Click "Send as a Gift" and then provide your email address that you would like the gift cards to be delivered to.

 

I purchased Treasure By The Sea Gift Cards, but changed my mind and would like a refund, can you help?

Treasure By The Sea Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.

 

I sent the gift card to the wrong email address and need to change it. What do I do?    

Email reservations@treasurebytheseabonaire.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

I purchased an Treasure By The Sea Gift Card, but the recipient says they did not receive it. What do I do? The email may have gone into the Spam folder of the recipient. If it still cannot be located, Email reservations@treasurebytheseabonaire.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

How do I use the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card for booking room reservations?

Book your reservation at treasurebytheseabonaire.com and use the 5 digit code from your gift card as the promo code.  New gift cards can take up to 48 hours to show in the system.

 

Can the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card be used for security deposits at check-in?       

No. While the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card will be applied as a credit to the room at check-in, a credit or debit card will still be required as a security deposit.

 

Can the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card be applied to advanced deposit reservations?

Yes, book your reservation at treasurebytheseabonaire.com and use the 5 digit code from your gift card as the promo code.

 

Can the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card be used towards travel insurance?       

No, you can not use the Treasure By The Sea Gift Card towards travel insurance.
