Booking through our website means no extra fees or service charges—just direct, owner-to-guest pricing. Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are for up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person per night.

  • A 15% cleaning fee is applied, which includes midweek, weekly, and end-of-stay cleanings.

​Make A Reservation

  • A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. 

  • Reservations are only confirmed when a deposit is received.

  • Credit card payments must be made under the name on the reservation.

  • Payments may be made by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Wise, or Monzo.

  • Rates are in US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

We offer two booking options: Standard and Non-Refundable. Please review the details below to choose the one that best suits your travel plans.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before arrival:
    100% refund of total booking charges, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

  • 15 to 30 days before arrival:
    50% refund of total booking charges, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Within 14 days of arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

  • Grace Period:
    A full refund will be granted within 24 hours of booking if the arrival date is at least 72 hours away at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Booking Option (with 10% Discount)

  • Receive 10% off your total booking by entering the code NOREFUND-10% at the time of booking.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • If canceled before check-in, the cleaning fee will be refunded.

  • One date change is allowed, subject to availability and within the same rate category. Must choose Raincheck Option for $25 fee.

  • If the new dates have a higher nightly rate, the difference in cost must be paid at the time of the change.

  • Grace Period:
    A full refund will be granted within 24 hours of booking if the arrival date is at least 72 hours away at the time of booking.

Raincheck Option

  • Need to postpone your trip? Our Raincheck Option allows you to reschedule your reservation within one year of your original check-in date.

  • Details:

  • A $25 fee applies.

  • Must be selected before your original check-in date.

  • Applies to the original booking amount only (not transferable to a different rental rate or promotion).

  • If not selected at the time of booking, you must contact us in advance to request this option.

  • This gives you peace of mind and flexibility if your plans change unexpectedly!

Travel Insurance

When booking direct, you can purchase travel insurance which is a protection plan that protects you against unexpected occurrences such as last-minute trip cancellations, medical problems, or weather interruptions. 

Two different types of travel insurance:

  • Traditional travel insurance.  

  • Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance.

Security Deposit

We reserve the right to require a small security deposit.

Check In & Out

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; however, guests are welcome to enjoy the resort's amenities beforehand. For added convenience, luggage storage is also available.

  • Early check-in, subject to availability.

  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

  • Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. The first additional hour is complimentary; thereafter, a fee of $10 per hour applies.
